1. When Will My Order Arrive?

To proceed with the production and delivery of your order, we must first verify and confirm your payment and invoice details. Once your order is approved, you will be informed of the estimated production time, and your order will be delivered within the specified timeframe.

2. Weekend Orders

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Stock Availability

In rare cases, delays may occur due to raw material availability or production processes. In such cases, you will be contacted via phone or email. Please ensure that your personal information is filled out completely for us to reach you.

4. Address Information

To ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide complete and accurate address details.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order through Prodigma.co, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

6. What If I’m Not Available When My Order Arrives?

If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the shipping company will return your order to Prodigma.co. If you request a redelivery, the shipping cost will be charged to you, or the shipment will be sent as cash on delivery.

7. Can I Pay by Bank Transfer?

You can make a payment via bank transfer or EFT to our Yapı Kredi Bank account with IBAN: TR62 0006 7010 0000 0030 7889 16 (TRY). Please ensure to include your order number in the transfer description for faster processing. Once the transfer is completed, you can notify us via the Bank Transfer Notification Form on your membership page.

If the payment is not received within 2 business days, the order will be canceled.

8. Can I Pay by Credit Card?

You can make an online payment with your credit card securely on our website. Your credit card information is used only during the payment process and is not stored. In the event of an order cancellation or production issues, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

9. Order Refunds

In case of order cancellation before or after shipment, Prodigma Technology Inc. will assess the status and reason for the cancellation and refund the product cost and any applicable delivery fees to your account or credit card. If the product has already been shipped, its condition must be verified before the refund process. You must submit a cancellation request through our website and provide accurate bank or credit card details via the contact form. For more details, please refer to the Distance Sales Agreement.

10. Delivery

Shipping is available only within Turkey. For international orders, our foreign trade department will contact you. As the shipping fee is covered by our company during the ordering process, please do not make any payments to the courier.

11. Payment Tracking

If there is an issue with the payment process, you will be informed on the payment page. In case of any errors with the provided address, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue. The validity of the provided email address is confirmed with an automated email sent after the order is processed. We are responsible for both ensuring the completion of the delivery and maintaining our obligations to the bank for credit card transactions.

As our company is an e-invoice taxpayer, if you are also an e-invoice taxpayer, your invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Otherwise, an e-archive invoice will be sent.

12. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect any packages you believe may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the courier. If the product appears damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the delivery. Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the courier has completed their duties properly.

If the product is damaged, send the damage report number and the barcode number from the shipping label via our contact form as soon as possible. A brief explanation of why you are returning the product will also help us in our quality control processes. Please return the product(s) along with the invoice, a note explaining the issue, and the damage report prepared by the courier to us via return shipping. Once we receive the product, the issue will be logged, and a replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
